Different tuners on Martin

"Dad, the tuners on my ukulele slip all the time."
"Lemme look at that." Rummages around in drawer. "These were on that Sears guitar your brother bashed up. I'll see if I have any washers in the garage." Returns. "Here you go, Nola."
"Oooh, shiny. Thanks, Dad." Strums "Has Anybody Seen My Gal."

as in, 'em are some ugly tuners'

One of you experts want to take a guess at the year of manufacture?.....

Mid 40's to early 60's I'd say, as it has the slimmer headstock shape (as compared to your watime Style 0, which has the slightly wider headstock shape), and does not have the Made in USA inside, which started early 60s'. Pic below of older pre-mid 40 soprano headstock on left, and the slimmer post mid 40s on the right. Other than that, what the heck do I know? :D
