Different tuners on Martin

Saw this one on eBay. Don't think I've seen tuners like these on a vintage Martin before, at least there's no ears. Smaller washers on the front would look better IMO.

One of you experts want to take a guess at the year of manufacture? I like the "NOLA." I have an old Rolando banjolele (bought on UU) with "Grace Neely '20" carved inside.

Mid 40's to early 60's I'd say, as it has the slimmer headstock shape (as compared to your watime Style 0, which has the slightly wider headstock shape), and does not have the Made in USA inside, which started early 60s'. Pic below of older pre-mid 40 soprano headstock on left, and the slimmer post mid 40s on the right. Other than that, what the heck do I know?
