I have been fascinated with exploring and arranging songs on the uke to see the various ways it can be played. This stems from experiences such as https://forum.ukuleleunderground.co...ed-equals-major-milestones!&highlight=twinkle
And my own attempts at arranging songs that I love that have not already been covered extensively.

Starting this thread to see what is possible and learning styles from each other.

The recording below is Wheels on the bus in F.
I am using the pinch style the Kimo does and the chords are F, C and G.
Would love to hear variations on chords, strumming, rhythm etc that people want to throw in!!

Hoping that people use the SSA acronym to post similar themed threads..

Wow! Never thought it could be arranged like that!! Thank you!! Nicely Done!
what is your process like? Also did you notate while arranging or did you noodle and then notate at the end?

Thanks! Yes, once I know the melody I start playing around with it till something comes up. It's actually fairly simple. :)
When I have something that I like I enter the notes in Guitar Pro.

Thanks for the pdf, Rudi!

Nicely done! Lots of potential here!

Here’s some more inspiration. Ukulele featured but not exclusive.

I just printed off the pdf and played it through.....awesome. Thanks so much. I can't wait to see what other simple songs get "pimped out" in this thread.
