Call it a Gumby, call it a sail stock, it's all up to you.

Up for sale is a Kamaka Concert with May ‘15 build date. Purchased from UkuleleSource in San Jose.

This ukulele is in mint condition. No wear or damage marks.

Comes with the Kamaka branded case.
Kept in humidified glass cabinet in non smoking home.

This is what is considered to be a "Gumby" Headstock?

Just to satisfy my curiosity. I have read the term, but had actually seen one.

Sadly, I only play tenors. Best of luck with your sale.

No this is not a gumby headstock. Sail heads and Gumbys are completely different. the Sail head is more narrow and has a point at the top. The Gumby is wider and rounded instead of pointed.

I updated the original post to reflect the Gumby and Sailstock monikers... I dropped the price to add to the discussion. Thank you,

Great price! Last year I paid $875 for a 2008 Kamaka concert in excellent condition, with a very nice gig bag, and I felt it was an excellent deal.

I love my Kamaka concert. Hope someone loves this one enough to buy it.

Could. Be wrong but I seem to recall seeing a more angular line on the gold label that softened on the white label and stayed that way.

This iteration has a slot bridge. Smaller footprint which I like for being more out of the way for right hand and vibration.
