Wide nut Ohanas

The pineapple I have has an 1 3/8 inch nut. This information is available on their website ohana-music dot com, pick a model to look at and select +measurements. I saw a spruce concert that was slightly over 1.5. Have fun looking!

Yes, thank you, I never realized they published such detailed specs. Many of their tenors seem to be 1 7/16" nuts, or 36.5mm. That is perfectly adequate for me, compared to the usual 35mm, or even 34mm by some.

Agreed, if I buy another Ohana, I'd buy from Mim, pick a tenor with 1 7/16' nut, and ask her to install a nut with 30mm string spacing. Alot to be said for a dealer who can provide that.

Just bought a Ohana TK-38 from Mim (great setup) and it is 35 mm at the nut with 28mm/40mm string spacing at nut/saddle. Has anyone at UU compiled a a list of places to go for nut widths and spacing at nut & saddle for various makers? Or, perhaps a database like the one for string sizes.
