Built this jig yesterday. The black plastic base on the Colt protrudes a bit so I routed channels in the radius thingies and it slides in and out . I'll replace the part that slides in after the router with one made out of hardwood with threaded inserts and a couple of those black knob bolt thingies. Needs a bit of tweaking still but it works great actually.

If you want your strings to have a consistent relief over a radiused fret board, then the saddle needs to have a radius on it as well. The bridge is independent of that. Depending on how much saddle protrusion you have the bridge may have to have a similar profile on its top side.

Here my bridge has a flat top while the saddle has the radius.
