Ebay Fine Ukes

Hi Everyone,
I am looking to get a solid body electric uke. There seems to be no middle ground between the vorson's and the Risa models. SO, anyone have suggestions for something between those price points (the Risa's are out of my range), that is a marked improvement over the Vorsons? I am skeptical of buying a 100 dollar instrument. In the same vein, there are ukulele's showing up on eBay that are being sold under the label "Fine Uke"...does anyone know anything about them....or played one?

Risas occasionally come up for resale on the UU Marketplace...….usually with a significant discount.

There are ukuleles made under the name "Fine" in France - very expensive resos, I believe.

Nobody with over 2700 comments has a 100% feedback rate. It ain't possible. Someone is going to be a little disappointed sometime. I'd be very skeptical.

They are not the same. Fine resophonics makes instruments for some incredibly famous musicians, and the instruments sound beautiful.

The seller on eBay allows returns up to 30 days, so that's something. Still, it would be nice to read a review first.

I like my Vorson, and for a little over $100, it's a buy.
