The Hawaii Music Store has some new Kawena ukes for sale. New Mauloas, too. They're beautiful, and the price is right. I'm tempted.

What is the origin country of these makers? Never mind answered my own question. Listening to the sound samples on HMS, they do sound really nice.

I think it’s great they are expanding their mid-range selections. You can get a great uke for $400-$600!
