The Islander ukulele brand website lists various size models currently for sale in Acacia (AT-4 is the tenor) and Mahogany (MT-4 is the tenor). "T" being the designation for tenor.

I looked around on the web, and saw they have sold other models in the past with these designations:

MAT-4 is Spalted Maple
MST-4 is Spalted Mahogany
MT-4 is Mahogany
AT-4 is Acacia
MAPG-4-T is Flame Maple
KSTCUT-4 is Spruce Top (Acacia or Koa back)

I suspect there are others. Does anyone know of a complete list of different models/woods they have sold over the years?

Did they discontinue all of their solid wood ukuleles? I only see full-laminate instruments on their website now. Are they trying to push people looking for better ukuleles up to their OHA product line?

The Islander folks said they also sold a model designated as: ASARM-T (Acacia front back sides, with armrest, cutaway and slotted headstock).

They only sell AT-4 and MT-4 now, but they have a few of the other models in their showroom.
