I get the same error on my work pc but it works on my phone. I'm guessing there is some security setting that is out of whack.

Maybe your antivirus is blocking it?
You don't need a password or to sign in to view it. Only to contact one of the sellers. So it may be taking you to the sign-in location instead of the home page.

I had a very difficult time getting through yesterday. Eventually, I managed to get to the market place without logging in, at which point I had a message saying I had tried 'unsuccessfully' to log in, and so I waited over night and tried to log in again and it worked. In my situation the key seemed to be able to get through the initial refusal and onto the marketplace, then wait 12-24 hours and log in from there.

It only locks out people who have made fun of the Mobius strap ad...
I tried your link and got the same error. (using Chrome). Firefox works fine. Weird...

I had the same problem. It seemed to affect those who have automatic login to the site.
I had to delete the fmm cookies, then ask for a temporary password to be sent.
Then reset the password. Now it's fine.
Maybe some upgrades on their end or my end caused it.
