I plugged a low-G Fluke and a Duke 10 into my Fender Frontman 10G amp yesterday, and they sounded great. I haven't used the amp much, but I'm going to keep it next to my chair, and I might add more K&K pickups to other ukes. Playing through the amp results in more sound (of course) and makes for a better listening experience.
Looking on Amazon, I see that the price is now $100, but it's usually $60 (as it was yesterday). I never would have paid $100 for it, but for $60, it's a good deal. Everyone else is selling it for $60, so Amazon may have made a mistake.
