Case options for Lanikai Baritone MA-B?

Looking for hardshell case or rigid foam gig bag.
Lanikai has this one on their website, but I cannot find a price or place to purchase online.

I tried a nice Kala gig bag with thick padding, but it is not deep enough to accommodate the Lanikai.
The Lanikai Baritone body is 3.125” deep. The strap button on the heel of the neck extends another .375” beyond the back.
It fits—sort of— in my Ohana hardshell case. The lid closes, but the strap button creates a pivot point that holds the back off the bottom of the case.
The neck cradle does not make contact with the neck, thus offering no support.
As I would assume that a case manufactured by, or specifically for Lanikai would take the strap button into consideration, I would prefer a branded case over a generic product that I would probably have to return.

However, one of the reviewers bought it for a Lanikai CK-B, which does not have the heel mounted strap button (according to a quick image search).
Another reviewer for this case states that it does not fit a 3.25" deep instrument.
