I am now using a soprano and have it Dtuned. But I am thinking to buy a concert ukulele. Can I tune that the same way?

As long as you have appropriate strings on it, you can do it... Denno-- some Baritones are tuned like the 4 high strings on a guitar (which are escaping me at the moment...) but, you can get GCEA strings for them too...

Just clip on your tuner, and loosen the strings until you hit the proper pitch :) And, there you have it.

DGBE .

but if you loosen strings you'll get them sloppy, not the best for playing. tightening them too much isn't good either: "plop"

Yes you can. (I do that too)
