Making a video for youtoob :)

Hey guys, i was making a video for uploading when i noticed my crappy webcam recorded the sound with quite a delay from picture So i was wondering if anyone knew a program I could use for fixing this thingy? mahalo!

I use the windows movie maker to get rid of the delay, but the tradeoff is that ringy buzzy crappy sound.
