C#m7 fingering (and similar chord shapes)

every now and then I come across a chord shape like this:

or

031310

etc

how do you guys fret those chords?
i find them to be one of the more akward shapes as my guitar playing progresses.

hmmm i just had a bout of out of the box thinking
for some reason i was trying to do it without using a barre,
but now i see that its very similar to an Fm
is this how you guys do it?

yes - thats it - one finger for each fretted note !

Yeah, the 3's and 4's there are a barre on the bottom 5 strings, the other notes can be played by your loose fingers.
