just in case you're still wondering for the chords for the song...my friend uses Fm7, but I'm not sure...

Your chords sound good too. I don't know. I just listen to the song and try to figure it out.

BTW, you can't have D# or A#m if you're in the key of Fm. Your chords should be:

Fm - Eb - Bbm - Cm
 
I play it Em - Bm7 - Am - Bm7, I just saw someone post chords on a comment in another video.
