i'm using a chromatic tuner when i tune my uke...
on the e string its coming up as eflat on the tuner..
am i doing something wrong?

You're probably not tightening the string enough... lol sorry, what is it exactly that you are doing?

Some tuners work better than others,even within a particularly good brand you will get an occasional dud. You might want to try new batteries too if you haven't already.
