Hi,

I am thinking about upgrading from my concert uke (mitchell) to the Honu Tenor, Has any one played one, or heard how they sound? (I dont have a store around here that sells them, so i would be buying on faith

I'm sure there are a few members who have a Honu, don't remember if anyone has a tenor, tho. I would either get it from MGM who has a Honu Tenor w/active pickup and case for $569 . . . He'll be able to answer questions you have about the uke
.

I have the concert deluxe, looks great & sounds great. I would call MGM & he will play a tenor for you.

I have a concert rope series, and I agree with Toucan that they both look and sound great. And, yes, MGM is the one to call!

I have a Honu tenor that I got from MGM a few months ago. I think it's top shelf. :shaka:
