Hello,
This is my first post here. I've never made a ukulele but I've made lots of other things and I'll be starting on a tenor uke soon. I'm buying some wood from Bob Connor who runs the ANZLF (Australia & N.Zealand Luthiers Forum). He has some nice blackwood and tiger myrtle soprano uke sets for sale at the moment on the OLF (Official Luthiers Forum) (although I don't know what makes it 'official':rolleyes:).
If it's of interest to anyone, you can see them here;

I should say that I have no axe to grind. It just occurred to me that people sometimes miss out on things because they don't know they're there.

Pete Sells some great kits I believe. (Everything is top quality from a very well respected ukulele luthier. Pete Himself!)

I had another look at the site and scrolling down to the ukulele stuff I still think bookmatched sets for $75+ are expensive especially when you add shipping. I note you are in france? I sell sets and kits and I am only 200 miles away in wales UK. Please contact me pm if you want advice/help.
