Just a small question, but when I bend notes I have always went down (I played a bit pre-Underground) I've noticed most people bend at, should I attempt to stop a potential bad habit, or is it just something different?

Bending down worked well for Albert King.

When I play guitar...I usually bend the bottom 3 up and the top 3 down (just because there's more fretboard) I think whatever works best for you is the right way.
