To follow up deach's first live (WITH video), here's a vid from last night at Higher Ground Coffee and Music Cafe' in Wahiawa.

I think I should note (again) that these three guys are making it up as they go.

I know someone's going to ask, so:
Ko'olau 8-string electric
Guess?
RARE KoAloha custom cutaway (by Paul, of course)

Rich and I started out as a harmonica/ukulele duo. That's why he started playing ukulele in the first place—to accompany me while I played harp.

But the ukulele lured me in! After Rich had been playing for a few months I started playing, too.

I still play harp on occasion, but it's really hard for me to put my uke down!

When I read the thread title I thought, "has he started mailing out harmonicas now?"

Harmonicas and 'ukuleles have been played together since the late 19th century. ;)

i think i remember seeing that cutaway. one of the 3 or 4 paul made

No, no. We're both good. It's just that he took the cutaway skills when we split. I hear he moved to Mexico and is currently working as a vegetarian butcher.

I don't know anout Deach, but I've been playing harp with my ukes ever since I started playing the uke.
