Can someone help me with this tab?

Its falling in love at a coffee shop by Landon Pigg. I just jave the initial finger-picking part down. I guess I am mostly having trouble with the timing. I am confused as to where I am in the song when I try to play this tab. Can someone like match this up with lyrics for me?.....or better yet, play it themselves on video with the lyrics? I think I need help mostly with the part labeled chorus.

Try this version. Not sure if it's in the same key but you can always transpose.

I've seen this version before and I'm pretty sure its not very accurate...

The other ones just a lot more accurate, this one is close I just wish I could get the timing down better, I need help matching up the lyrics for the original tab.

I had a friend help me out with it, he retabbed it for me and matched it up with the lyrics. I dont have it down yet, but I am working on it, thanks for asking seeso!
