Oooh, one more thing. This lesson is based on Aldrine's interpretation / simplified version of this song. The actual song involves a few more chords and changes throughout. The real chords bounce somewhere between this http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/s/stephen_speaks/out_of_my_league_crd.htm and this http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/s/stephen_speaks/out_of_my_league_ver2_crd.htm and then some. If anyone would like to post their take on the original chords, please do. We will bow down to you and feed you grapes.

I made a chord tab for the song using Aldrine's chords. I'll leave the picking tab up to those better than me. The file seems to big to put as an attachment here so I put it on Ultimate Guitar, but it still has to be reviewed.

I also have a version on facebook in my notes at smithpaul60
Just invite me as a friend and put "ukulele" in the note section and you se see it then.

This one has almost a waltz-like feel to it, so instead of counting "1,2,3,4" in your head, count "1,2,3, 1,2,3". So for the strumming -

Count: 1 2 3
Strum: D DUDU

or even

Count: 1&2&3&
Strum: D DUDU

REmember this is not completely my work Ritzer did the tabbing for the intro and I used some of clevacheva's work as well.

NOTE: When I put ti on here the Chord placement messed up. They are still on the right line but not in the right place. I have a word docx that has all the chords in the correct place if you want it just pm me. Ritzer i compleatly understand you frustration about the lines.

I really would love to learn the picking for the actual song where its the singing but cant seem to get it :/. Intro soudns really nice tho

Just watched the play along for this. What a beautiful version of a beautiful song. WOW is all I can think of to say. I believe it is suited for ukulele much more than the piano!
