Trying to find info what a A# looks like on a D tuned uke.
Is it the same as Bb?

On the piano an A sharp is a B flat. Does that help?

Is that on a C tuned?
This is the picture I get of a Bb for D tuned.
That picture is 5343. (Note the little "3" on the diagram, which means that the top of the diagram is the third fret instead of the first.)
Think of it as basically an open G chord (which, on a D uke is 2010), but moved up three frets (move up one fret from G to G#, then to A, and finally to A#). Your index finger should barre the third fret, basically becoming a "virtual nut".

it's set to a d-tuned by default. Just keep clicking the A# button until you come across a favourable fingering...
Looking at your options, I have to agree with JJ - bar the third fret and go from there, it's certainly not the hardest chord you can find
