What does A# look like on a d tuned uke?

On the piano an A sharp is a B flat. Does that help?

That picture is 5343. (Note the little "3" on the diagram, which means that the top of the diagram is the third fret instead of the first.)

Think of it as basically an open G chord (which, on a D uke is 2010), but moved up three frets (move up one fret from G to G#, then to A, and finally to A#). Your index finger should barre the third fret, basically becoming a "virtual nut".
