Wonder what a Taylor Uke would be like

This is totally off the wall. But after watching this video:

The guy absolutely loves his Taylor guitar. What do you suppose a Ukulele would be like if it was made by Taylor .... just hypothetically speaking.

Expensive.

Either that, or they'd cut some corners so it'd be made like the Baby Taylors and have two big visible screws through the whole fretboard.

Would sound nice either way, because Taylor likes to use thin tops on their guitars.

It'd be overpriced by comparison with what you could find by shopping around. Really good, but overpriced.

I think Kanile'a Ukes are pretty much the closest you'll get to a high quality Taylor ukulele. I heard that some of the guys from Taylor do some consulting and work for the Kanile'a company, so the Taylor philosophy is definitely in the Kanile'as.
