Buy something in the UU store. Don't know how they're tracked. Don't know what they do.
As far as getting deached - if you ask, it won't happen. If you look for it, you won't see it. If you are in need, a generally cool guy, and the stars align just right, KAPOW! Deached.

There's supposed to be some cool junk coming out that you can only get with UU points.
And the best way to be Deached is to never ask about it, think about it, or expect it.
