I'm part of the Corktown Ukulele Jam -- a weekly jam in Toronto. We started up in January and have grown huge in a very short time. It's awesome and for most of us, it's the day we love most in the week.

Our orgs arranged to rent a vintage streetcar -- we all chipped in our share for the rental fee -- and we drove the streets of Toronto last night. It was incredible.

Two videos:

our first song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUadCE6ehFc

That's awesome! I miss living in Toronto.

That looked like a lot of fun!

We were like kids going on a fun field trip. I bought candy necklaces for everyone and handed them out once we boarded. Treats for the trip, you know!

That was wonderful! I lived in Toronto back in the late 1950's, and I used to go to work on streetcars just like that one. I worked for a while at the Canadian Bank Of Commerce at the Eglinton & Yarrow branch.

Thanks for a trip down Memory Lane.

John Colter.
