WELL WHAT DO YA KNOW...My neighbor gave me a songbook a couple days ago called "He Mele Aloha" and "Lovely Hula Hands" is in there. It seems pretty easy. In case anyone wanted a readable version of this song, here ya go:

It doesn't get much easier than that. A good exercise for you is to listen to the song and figure out the chords yourself. It's not hard, and a fun challenge.
