Terrific interview. You can really sense her enthusiasm for the ukulele in her words. I was surprised that she said the uke was her primary instrument for composing songs... cool! I'll definitely check out her recordings.

Thanks for posting the interview Kanaka916... I had opportunity to meet Victoria at the Lake Tahoe Fest last month. Not only is she a great performer - she's a super person as well. But then again, I've found most ukesters to be really super people!

I'll be missing Victoria Vox by one half a day on our vacation. We leave Door County, WI the morning of Aug 6th and her show is that night. I'm in negotiations to stay until after the concert but it's not looking good.
