if it's already been posted i apologise, searched but couldn't find anything on it.

You can always use:

http://www.chordie.com and set up a songbook, then use the transpose tool in order to get the finger placements if you're a beginner. Once you've learnt them you can just look up chords on http://www.ultimate-guitar.com and play them.
