I like to cruise Youtube to look for new 'ukulele talent to subscribe to and I came across this 11 year old kid Keita from Nara, Japan. Not sure how good he speaks English but he sure does sing it well.

I'd bet his use of the English language is pretty good. It has been taught as a second language in Japan for several generations now.

Oh, wow. That's amazing!

I like the Witchger gang on youtube. They make really great videos along with some great uke-ing.
