Makapili Hinoki Top Tenor in Europe

For sale is a Hinoki Top Tenor Makapili Ukulele.

Makapili Ukuleles are handmade one by one in Italy. Made of all solid woods using "green" woods whenever possible. "Green" Ebony is real hard to find though, so the fretboard of this ukulele is the only part that doesnt fall into that category.


This Ukulele is made of:

Top is Hinoki with quilting and curl in the same board (a close relative of Port Orford Cedar)

Back, sides, headstock veneer and bridge are Acacia Confusa

Fretboard is Ebony

Neck is Cedera Odorata (Brazilian or Spanish Cedar)

Tuners are Gotoh

Strings are Worth Clear Mediums

There is a side sound port in this insturment

I am selling this as a "second". It has cosmetic issues that cannot be ignored. The top has multiple shallow sctatches. Otherwise this is a great instrument.

I would like Sold, this will include shipping within Europe. Case is not included. I can provide a case for the price that it cost me.
