Homemade case?

Has anyone made a hard-sided case? Do you know of links where I can find info on doing so? I'm fairly handy at carpentry and have made various items for myself before. I'd like a rectangular case for my concert uke, or maybe one case big enough to fit my concert and soprano opposite each other.

It may take a few listenings to get all of the instructions, but they are all there. I saw him perform it live earlier this year at a house concert in Olney, MD.
