I didn't shave at all in July but I get big patches of nothing just below my ears on my jaws and my mustache doesn't connect to anything either.
So yeah... mine really does grow in all white-trashy like that.

It's actually an internet meme (from 4chan originally) that has somewhat crossed over in to everyday speech. It's a bear that you post whenever someone does something creepy or weird. If you call someone that it's kinda like calling them a creep. But worse.
