Any Ukulele schools / instructor? in Oahu?

Hi Folks, need help with planning my activities for my vacation in Waikiki next week!

Are there any good Ukulele schools / instructor in Oahu / waikiki area that might be able to spend some time with me? Should I just hang out at music stores and beg the salesmen to teach me some chords.

In fact, if any of you guys have some time to hang out on Wednesday - Friday next week I would love to jam with you and buy you lunch or something.

you could just pick up an instructional book that has all the ukulele chords in it...or better yet, there's sites with ukulele chords...search the forums....various people posted different sites. good luck with that. =D

oh i forgot to mention...
you should check out kamaka's factory...
i believe they give tours around 10:30 every day.
i haven't been able to go yet (it's sad cuz i live on oahu) but i've heard it's pretty cool.
i'm sure they'll give you some pointers about how to play.

you should contact the ukulele shops and get their recommendations and maybe even book it before you even get on the plane...
