I think the movie was good. Better than anything that's been out lately, but there were too many things that bothered me. (I'll try not to spoil, if you haven't seen the movie DON'T READ) First of all, I don't buy that we wouldn't have killed almost every one of them with a bomb. I don't buy that people would go door to door to serve eviction notices in such a dangerous place. I think they underestimated peoples ability to hate things different then them. They were worried about alien rights after only 20 years on Earth. Gay people in America still don't have equal rights and they've been around since Straight people. I don't understand why Nigerians were in there. I mean a bunch of aliens with possible viruses that could make people extinct is sort of a big deal and the WHOLE WORLD could pitch in and make a fence that people wouldn't be able to get in and aliens out. Where did the alien weapons come from. The prawns were starving on the spaceship and we brought them off the ship. Why didn't we make sure they didn't have any weapons when we transported them. Maybe I'm being to critical on a fun movie, but when I saw every newspaper giving 5 star reviews I just expected more. I did like how those guns made people explode into a mist of guts.
