Aldrine, you should do the next uke lesson on "White Sandy Beach," an all time favorite of mine.

theres not much to the picking, you just have to practice.

Might there be any lessons coming up on playing particular styles of music? For instance I'd welcome techniques on playing bluegrass, ragtime, jazz, reggae and blues. What do you others out there want?

I thing a strum style video would be good to put up just to give a wider variaty. The white sandy beach video is a good one u can use the basic cords then u just play with the finger position along with a random picking patten to do an instrumental version i use thoes cords my self but i prafer to pick it in G becaus thats how i firsrt learnd it. good fun

You could incorporate this picking pattern into what you learn in Jodi's video.

you would need a Low G string on your uke to play it.

i think we should learn some songs that are a little newer. White sandy beach is a favorite of mines tho. But not a island jam everyone knows. How bout "she's music to me" by ekolu.
