Which new uke? Convince/Help me...

I am taking voluntary redundancy from my job and leave next Friday
It wasnt a difficult decision as there is a nice lump of dosh involved

I reckon I deserve a treat after 10 years there so a new uke is in order.

I currently have an Ashbury AU60 concert which I do like very much but want to spend anything up to about £250-300 (British pounds)

Sell it to me boys and girls please! Which uke do I need badly, really really badly?

Yeah Paul, The Makapili's look amazing, hand made in Italy... you can't go wrong! Great price too, in a few month im sure they will be selling for much more, it will retain its value unlike the mass produced instruments!

Go on, you know you want to! lol

Perhaps a little trip to Honolulu to visit the Big K's (Kamaka, Koaloha, Kanile'a) for a hands-on experience. It's off-season soon so the trip might be more affordable.

I suggest you get yourself a Makapili.

My Makapili Hinoki top tenor is awesome. I'm going to post some videos and make a review of that instrument soon. I higly recommend a instrument made by Thomas.

thats actually a rather commonly used saying over here in the UK to describe something good or the best.
