FPAC aka the Festival of Philippine Arts and Culture is a big get together for the community. There'll be food, vendors, music and dance all gathering to appreciate Philippine/Fil-Am culture.

I applied to perform and was lucky enough to get a call back. I don't usually get the opportunity to do a lot of gigs, so it would be nice to get a bit of support from my fellow uke players.

It's a 2 day event (Sept 12 and 13) at Pt. Fermin Park in San Pedro, CA.

I'll be performing on the 13th at around 2pm on the small stage ("Generations Stage") and I'll be chillin at the BakitWhy.com booth on both days.

I think it's $7 dollars for admission.
Ticket info and details are at http://www.filamarts.org

I looked at the list of performers and it's likely that I'll be one of the few uke performers (if not the only one). So come out and show your support and enjoy the festivities. :)
