Nice job, I notice you got the chords from Dr Uke. I live in Connecticut the next town over from where his ukulele club meets. I am going to check it out the end of the month, he posts chords and audio files for a bunch of songs, old standards like this one, 50's rock and roll stuff etc.. You print out the chords and they have a group play/ sing along. I was going to go a few times but did not have time to learn the songs. Now I am unemployed and have all kinds of time, should be fun. If there are any other Connecticut UU members reading this you should check it out. If your not in the area it is a good site to get easy versions of some cool old songs.
