D'addario strings.

Am I blind/stupid or does D'addario not make strings in a tenor low g? Or in any low g for that matter?

i must be blind too. i just searched and i saw low g with tenor D'addario, but i couldnt find it at all.

my best guess is to just buy seperate packs and create your own low g with D'addario strings.

You can buy a single D string for the low G, this is assuming your want D'Addario pro-arte, for a tenor.

Awesome! Thanks gp-ak and Fred! I was worried about buying the wrong string. And yeah, I Was hoping to use the pro-arte strings.

D'addario currently does not make a Low-G pro arte set. I know they were debating whether or not it would be worthwhile to make them earlier this year. Hopefully they get around to it.

They sell low G at http://www.bigcitystring.com/uke.htm as well...

Or they did.... I don't see them now. so go with stringsbymail.com

Here's to hoping. I've never actually played with a low G, I'm waiting on my uklectic, which is being strung with low G Aquilas for me by Pete, to do that, but I do love the way it sounds.
