Here's a few pictures of a custom baritone uke I am having built for a friend of mine. The uke is from UU's latest sponsor Boat Paddle Ukuleles. http://www.boatpaddleukuleles.com/

4A Mahogany top
3A Koa body, sides and head cap
Ebony fretboard
MiSi pickup
MOP inlay

It arrives next week. Hopefully I can get some sound files up for you.

That is so gorgeous, I was actually looking at the website the other day, they are so interesting to look at. I like the shape of the one you have chosen!

Beautiful!

Cool body shape - kind of mandolin-esque. The wood in that one is gorgeous!

Thanks for showing us the pics, deach!

That wouldn't happen to be your friend's last name inlayed on the fretboard, would it? ;)

jeez deach you have a heart of gold mate, i am astounded how you manage to give so much, your an angle mate in discise

You should see the one Deach is designing for me!

in my imagination.

WOW Close enough to a pineapple to be beautiful.

Deach,

That's a beauty! I'm not much of a fan of the pineapple shape (sorry, Ahnko), and I don't care much for the pear-shaped ukes....but this is stunning!

Although I wouldn't pick a bari, either....I'd sure go for one that looked like that! Good on 'ya, my man....

If she doesn't want it, I'll change my name to Vox and take it off your hands as a favor.
