No laughing. Yes, you may grin or giggle if you feel the need.

I just got new strings, took the old strings off, and now I am stuck.

These strings say .. 1st string, 2nd string, 3rd string, 4th string.

Is the 1st string the G or A?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

1st string is A

Thanks! Strung and happy. These strings sound great.

I'd love to hear your opinion of the kala Reds. What brand were you replacing, by the way, and what made you chose Kala Reds?

So are these the nylon-wound nylon strings, or are they all solid? Anybody know if you can get them in all solid?

I have a Mainland Honeybee that came from Mike with Aquila strings.

I had replaced those with Bushman strings that I did not care for, the only way to describe them is .. squishy. No real substance and not the sound I was looking for.

I am loving these Kala Reds! Loud loud loud! Great tone. The combination of the Honeybee and the Kala Reds is nice.

I remember old Kala Red with his bright red hair and his Kala ukulele. Played a bunch of old Charley Patton and Blind Willie Johnson songs on the streetcorner for change, whiskey and cigarettes. Had a voice like Popeye with throat cancer. Yeah, ol' Kala Red - one heck of a player.

What? You mean strings? Never mind.

:spam: will do the laughing for me lol argh, yes i did snitzs and giggle
