I'm reading tabs (even if I read scores too) but I'm used to lute tabs, so I prefer tabs for uke (and for guitar too).
About playing, I have some experience with guitar (since the age of 11) then lute since 30 years) and now uke, but using the technics I build with other instruments. So work work work... no secret !

Tab is in the book "Classical Ukulele", by John King (under copyright)
A very good book, but not easy stuff for most of the pieces... (this one being not the hardest)
I just change some fingerings in the last part...
