String spacing for tenor

Someone on Flea Market posted the string spacing measurements for the Hawaiian Ks versus a Kala. The Kala was much narrower. Dominator has posted that he does not like the Kala spacing because it make picking harder. I have never played a Kala so I have no opinion.

3/8" at nut and a 1/2" at saddle is a good starting point. I use metric 10mm at nut and 13 - 14mm at bridge depending on the instrument although I have just done a wide nut for Heiko Bron...

Thanks. The bridges that I currently make for emando are 7/16" spacing, so I will stick with that.

post pics of your bridge...i wanna see it

This is what I'll be using on my tenor but will have piezo saddles instead, so it can be strung in steel or nylon. Also, here is the tenor.
