View Full Version : Mozart on Uke

The first movement of Mozart's 25th symphony on ukulele. The video is brilliant. Of course, I think any video that uses still images of Mozart for emphasis (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9mJAsgIIfNM) is, comically, ahead of its time.

I especially enjoy the flying ukuleles and explicit use of cloning (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_x41CtZTIw).

Robin Sparkles! The Canadian pop singer from the early nineties. The eighties didn't come to Canada until the early nineties, ya know.

It's actually from CBS's show How I Met Your Mother. One of the best episodes! But still that still of mozart made my day. "Hit it, Fred!"

Haha - yeah, they actually say that in the video. Apparently the key-tar guy's name is Fred. But yes, also you, Fred. Definitely, hit it.
