so after I finally sell off my Lanikai Ck-TEQ (PM me if you want it, which I know you do..) Id like to go smaller in size, after mainly playing my concert Fluke, I feel as if thats the right size for me, and the combination of a strict one in one out rule and the fact that the Lanikai just doesnt get played at all, I THINK Ive come down to these two:

Ive listened to both sound samples, and I do like them both, but I would like some reviews of them if anyone owns either before I pull the trigger eventually.

Oh, how I'm a sucker for that Koa color :D They both look nice, though the Koa seems louder (or maybe it was the video o_O).

UAS says gets both! HAHA  I'm just kidding...but seriously, I like the look of choice X.

I've owned both koa and mahogany. I still have the koa. Part of it is the construction of the two koas fits me so well, but I have just ended up liking the koa sound better, too. If it ever becomes a matter of trading or selling again, I would also suspect the koa would retain value better, too.

I own a KoAlana Mahogany Soprano and a KoAloha Koa Concert. The Koa is way louder than the mahogany. I reccomend going with the koa it just sounds better IMO.

I think I will indeed go with the Koa. Why? I like the bright color of it, and I feel as though if I ever had the want to trade it, I could still get something of value back.

though, the need to get rid of the Lanikai must come first
