Searching around on Youtube, I came across these videos:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HbkErd6f7TQ
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woJHqR9-zkc

The video description led to a page with those ukes:
http://bambell.com/shop/shopbrand.html?xcode=001&mcode=002

They seem to be on sale within Korea only at the moment (which is a shame). Was wondering if anyone knew more about these ukes, or own one?

note: The prices on that page are in South Korean Won.

The ukes from left to right on that page are named:
Standard, Soprano, Concert, Expert
Click and have a look at the photos. They look absolutely stunning!
"Expert" = Tenor, I think.
Their "Standard" is a more expensive version of their "Soprano".

Another thing I found interesting is that according to the descriptions, the body is made of Hawaiian Koa and the top is made of Ebony.

Have they got the description mixed up? Or can Ebony really be used for tops and Koa for the body  Never heard of an Ebony top..
It would be strange for the manufacturers to get this mixed up on their website.

Hmm, very interesting. Never heard of these (well, if only sold in Korea, then...that could explain, haha) BUT...the video you posted was wow. Good stuff, thanks for sharing.

Somehow I wouldn't be surprised if Bambell is a subsidiary of the giant Samick Music Corporation of Korea. http://www.smcmusic.com/
Samick makes the Greg Bennet 'ukuleles which from what I gather is great in build quality but heavy (read thick) so not that great in sound quality.

There are a couple of members in the ROK, perhaps if they come across this thread, they may be able to check it out and provide a mini review of some sort.

Just did some conversions; 550,000 South Korean Won = $472.45, 350,000 South Korean Won = $300.65, 250,000 South Korean won = $214.75, 150 000 South Korean Won = 128.85 U.S. dollars

Neither the tops nor the bodies appear to be ebony....but the fretboards do.
