The organisation is called KIVA. Sign up and peruse the list of people in need of small loans to help change their lives. You pay $25 thru paypal to contribute to the person or project of your choice and in theory, you get paid back. So you can help people and it might not cost you a thing.
I've got to admit it's feels rewarding and kind of fun. It's almost like gambling but without any bad side.
