It's an F something, I just can't find it on any chord charts anywhere...

9 is the same as 2. It just goes around again with bigger numbers that you use when naming jazz chords.

That one's Fadd9/C if you're tuned high G, or Fadd9/G if you're low G.

It's Fadd9 (or add2)

F9 has a flat 7th in it.

9 is the same as 2.

Close, but not entirely correct.
2 is the same as add9.
The difference is that odd numbers also have all smaller odd numbers included, that means that a 9 chord also has the 7. The 2 (or add9) don't.

I agree with my 4stringchords (well, I programmed it to think in the same lines as I do!) and call if Fadd2.
