The toy piano arrived today and it is not in good enough condition to convert. When I get well enough I will photograph the inards so you can see how these work - quite sophisticated 'card and cloth' engineering...

That's a shame. You never know with ebay - we've had plenty of lucky hits, but also many a flop.
